Nokia at last officially announces Windows Phone which will be Launching it in the End of this year (2011). The Partnership was announced earlier in the same year by Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer and Nokia CEO Stephen Elop in a Press Event. This news has been now confirmed by the spokesperson of Nokia Mr. Ray Haddow. Because earlier Nokia and Windows were in an agreement.
